UV Cure/CIPP Lining

DMR has the latest professionally engineered, environmentally sound and quality assured CIPP lining process. Ultra-Violet (UV) Cured CIPP Custom fit liners are now available for sanitary, storm and industrial process piping rehabilitation. This system provides higher mechanical qualities, assured quality control with the added benefit of no styrene discharge into the environment when compared with traditional CIPP systems.

Liners are produced in lengths up to 500m, in a variety of wall thicknesses and profiles, (ie. round, egg, and box). Liner diameters are available from 100mm to 1200mm with wall thicknesses from 3mm to 12mm.

Our UV Cure CIPP system is professionally engineered and is backed by long term assurances, warranties and guarantees. The fully automated systems records and video documents the complete cure process with automated airflow control systems that maintain optimum pressures during the curing cycle.

After inflation, a UV light train is inserted through the end elements and driven through the opposite end of the inflated liner. The light train is then drawn backwards toward the starting element at a controlled speed, curing the liner as it travels. The final step is to trim both ends and open any lateral services. Exact reinstatement of lateral connection openings is carried out immediately after the curing process with robotically operated high speed cutters.

The liners are manufactured with a high degree of resilience and high tensile lengthwise strength properties while having excellent radial expansion characteristics for optimum fit tight close to the wall of the host pipe.

This environmentally green system uses only air and light instated resins during the curing operation, compared with hot water, and steam resins that discharge styrene contaminated water into the environment.

Complete stamped and professionally engineered site specific designs, installation specifications and market oriented documents are supplied with quotations for specific projects.
